Returns:
At Blossm.Shop, our items are made with love, just for you! Because they’re unique to each customer, we’re unable to accept returns. We hope you understand that each product is crafted to be uniquely yours.
Refunds:
We’re committed to making things right. You can expect a refund in the following cases:
Our Oops Moment: If we make a mistake, like sending the wrong item or a product arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll gladly issue a refund.
Variation Mismatch: If you receive a product in the wrong color, size, or variation, let us know, and we’ll arrange a refund.
Non-Delivery Hiccups:
We totally get it – sometimes packages seem to have a mind of their own! If the tracking info says your order was delivered, but you haven’t received it, we recommend reaching out to the courier company first. They’re usually awesome at sorting out these mysteries.
While we can’t assist in cases of missing deliveries marked as “delivered,” we’re working on a plan to cover these situations in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Refund Timeframe:
You’re in luck! If you need a refund, just remember to apply within 30 days after receiving your product. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to decide if everything is as perfect as we intended.
